Nandana K Vijayan

Nandana K Vijayan is a Legal Associate who supports the firm’s corporate, commercial, and regulatory advisory practice. Her work involves assisting with the review and preparation of commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, as well as drafting legal notices, replies, and formal client correspondence. She also contributes to corporate compliance procedures and supports publication work relating to legal and regulatory developments in the UAE.

Prior to joining ABS Partners Legal Consultants, Nandana gained litigation and advisory experience while working on matters before the Supreme Court of India, as well as various District Courts and High Courts in India. During this period, she was involved in drafting contracts, petitions, and other legal documentation, and assisted with corporate compliance and regulatory filings.

Nandana holds a B.A. LL.B. degree and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala. She has also completed professional certification programs in Corporate and Commercial Law.
